Dock-Team Coordinator
10,000 DOCKS is a local, privately owned and operated lake service provider of docks, lifts and vinyls; specializing in the installation, removal and maintenance of of Shorestation, Voyager, Existing, Refurbished and Custom Docks and Boat Lifts.
We currently have Lake Crews working across the Northwest Metro Twin Cities. We utilize hydraulic barges, onsite welding, and other specialized equipment. We offer competitive pay and fun, productive work environment with room for advancement.

Qualifications
Dock-team members assist with setting up sites, loading and unloading supplies, tools, docks, boat-lifts, trailers, boats and perform site clean up.
Valid insurable drivers license
Knowledgeable, proactive commitment to safety
Able to swim (though we wear neoprene waders; water agility is important)
Ability to consistently lift between 50-95 pounds
Ability to hear, see, and speak clearly
Construction experience a plus (required for team-lead)
Project management a plus (required for team-lead)
